This is a one hour live broadcast performance without sound. Watch in silence or listen to your own soundtrack as I maneuver oscillating fans from behind the scene. As the tinsel shimmers you are invited to observe and meditate on this material’s alluring, garish, toxic and ethereal qualities. In South Louisiana the wind is a constant threat to life but there’s also nothing as beautiful as the way the wind lifts and stir’s everything in its path.
The chat will be open for community engagement as we ponder the intersecting themes of celebration and destruction.
